Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of CosplayAI ("the app", "we", "us"). By using CosplayAI, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CosplayAI. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Use of the App

You may use CosplayAI only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

• Use only photos and reference images you own or have permission to use
• Do not infringe copyrights, trademark rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights
• Do not use the app to create unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful content
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or abuse the app or its services

User Content and Permissions

You are responsible for the content you upload, the reference images you provide, and your use of generated outputs.

By submitting content for generation, you represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to request processing.

You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, transmit, process, store, and use your uploaded content solely to operate the app, generate and deliver your requested results, maintain generation history, investigate failures, and provide support.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use CosplayAI to upload, generate, or share content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Exploits, sexualizes, or harms minors
• Contains non-consensual intimate, explicit, or sexualized content
• Infringes intellectual property or uses third-party characters, brands, or protected material in a way that violates rights
• Impersonates another person in a misleading, defamatory, or harmful way
• Promotes violence, harassment, hate, or self-harm

We may remove content, limit features, suspend credits, or restrict access to the app if we reasonably believe these Terms are violated.

AI Generation and Results

CosplayAI uses AI and remote processing to generate image results. Results may vary and may not always match your expectations, your reference image, or your intended character style.

Generation times are estimates only and may vary based on demand, infrastructure availability, moderation, and input quality.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect output quality, or successful generation for every request.

Generation History and Deletion

CosplayAI may retain generation-related media and records for a limited period to support result delivery, history, reliability, and app functionality.

You may have access to in-app deletion controls. Based on current app behavior, generation-related content may also be deleted automatically after approximately 3 days.

Deletion timing may vary due to backups, operational delays, support needs, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or technical constraints.

Consumable Credits and Payments

CosplayAI uses consumable credits for image generation. Credit prices, package sizes, and generation costs may change over time.

Purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Credits are consumable and generally non-restorable after use. Failed generations may be refunded as credits according to app logic and service outcome.

We may change the credit cost of generation options or app features at any time before purchase or use.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, including generation settings, pricing, feature availability, output styles, and processing limits.

Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, branding, software, interface, and underlying systems, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law.

Except for your rights in your own uploaded content and any rights you may have in generated outputs under applicable law, these Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its intellectual property to you.

Third-Party Services

CosplayAI relies on third-party services, including cloud infrastructure, storage, analytics, crash reporting, messaging, authentication, and App Store billing. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or failures caused by third-party providers.

Disclaimers

CosplayAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We disclaim warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce any particular result.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, business, goodwill, or content arising from your use of CosplayAI.

Our total liability for any claim relating to CosplayAI will not exceed the amount you paid to us through the app in the 12 months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create prohibited content, abuse credits or payment systems, or create risk for users, rights holders, or service providers.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
