Privacy Choices
This page explains the privacy choices available to DanceMe users and how to submit privacy-related requests.
Your Privacy Choices
- Photo access: You choose whether to allow photo access in iOS Settings, and you can change that permission at any time.
- App use: You can stop using the app at any time and uninstall it from your device.
- Support and privacy requests: You can contact us by email to ask privacy questions or request assistance.
Privacy Requests You Can Make
You may contact us to request, where applicable:
- Information about how your data is handled
- Review of data associated with your app usage (if available)
- Deletion of data associated with your app usage (if applicable and legally permitted)
- Correction of information you believe is inaccurate (if applicable)
Because DanceMe currently does not use traditional user accounts, we may need additional details from you to identify records related to your request.
How to Submit a Privacy Request

To help us process your request faster, include:
- Your request type (question, access, deletion, correction)
- A short description of your request
- The approximate date/time you used the app (if relevant)
- Your anonymous install ID (if the app shows it in Settings/Support)
- Any screenshots that help explain the issue (optional)
Important Notes
DanceMe uses remote processing to generate AI dance videos. Uploaded photos and generated outputs may be processed temporarily to complete your request.
Some information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or troubleshooting, as permitted by law.
Analytics and crash diagnostics may also be processed by our service providers (such as Firebase) according to their settings and policies.
Purchases and Billing
DanceMe sells consumable credits through Apple In-App Purchase. For Apple billing issues, visit Report a Problem.
For in-app credit balance issues or generation-related support, contact DanceMe support.
Response Time
We aim to respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time. Response time may vary depending on request complexity and applicable legal requirements.
Notification Choices
You can choose whether DanceMe can send push notifications. Notifications are used for app functionality, such as generation status updates.
- Enable or disable notifications in iOS Settings
- You can continue using the app even if notifications are off
If notifications are disabled, you can still check generation status in your video history inside the app.
