Common Issues
Generation is taking a long time
Generation runs on remote servers and processing time can vary by demand and input complexity. Check the video status in the app's history screen.
Generation failed
Failed generations may be refunded as credits automatically based on service outcome. If your credit balance does not update correctly, contact support.
Photo does not work well
For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo with visible faces and avoid heavy blur.
Purchases and Credits
DanceMe sells consumable credits for AI video generation through Apple In-App Purchase.
- Payments are processed by Apple
- DanceMe does not store your payment card information
- Credits are consumable and used per generation
If you were charged by Apple and have a billing issue, you can contact Apple through Report a Problem.
If the issue is a credit balance mismatch inside the app, contact DanceMe support using the email above.

Response Time
We aim to respond within a few business days. Response time may vary depending on request volume.
Push Notification Help
Not receiving notifications?
- Check iOS Settings > Notifications > DanceMe and make sure notifications are enabled
- Make sure Low Power Mode or Focus settings are not suppressing alerts
- Confirm internet connection and try reopening the app once
You can always view generation status in your video history even if notifications are disabled.
