Your Learning Data
English Grammar Teacher stores information such as assessment answers, estimated grammar level, completed lessons, practice results, mastery estimates, review history, scheduled reviews, and app preferences.
This information is primarily stored on your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, supported data may also be stored in your private iCloud account and synchronized between your Apple devices.
Because this information is stored locally or in your private iCloud account, we may not be able to directly view, retrieve, correct, or delete it for you.
Managing Local Data
You can remove learning data stored on your device by using any data-reset option available inside the app or by uninstalling the app.
Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored data from that device. It may not automatically remove information previously synced to iCloud.
Managing iCloud Data
You can control whether English Grammar Teacher uses iCloud through your device settings.
To review or remove synced app data, open your device's Apple Account and iCloud storage settings. The exact menu names may differ depending on your iOS version.
Disabling iCloud sync may stop future synchronization, but previously synced data may remain in iCloud until you remove it from your iCloud storage.
Privacy Requests You Can Make
You may contact us to request, where applicable:
- Information about how the app handles data
- Access to personal information you provided directly to us, such as support correspondence
- Correction of inaccurate personal information held by us
- Deletion of personal information held by us, where legally permitted
- Assistance understanding how to manage local or iCloud learning data
English Grammar Teacher does not require a developer-managed user account. As a result, we generally cannot identify learning data stored only on your device or in your private iCloud account.

Important Notes
Apple may process technical, transaction, device, and account information when providing App Store, StoreKit, iCloud, and notification services. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's privacy policies and terms.
Support correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Response Time
We aim to respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time. Response time may vary depending on the complexity of the request and applicable legal requirements.
