This page explains the privacy choices available to SongClip users and how to submit privacy-related requests.
Your Privacy Choices
- Photo access: You choose whether to allow photo library and camera access in iOS Settings, and you can change those permissions at any time.
- Notifications: You can choose whether SongClip can send push notifications for generation status updates.
- In-app deletion: You can delete generation-related content inside the app where deletion controls are available.
- App use: You can stop using the app at any time and uninstall it from your device.
- Support and privacy requests: You can contact us by email to ask privacy questions or request assistance.
Privacy Requests You Can Make
You may contact us to request, where applicable:
- Information about how your data is handled
- Review of data associated with your app usage, if available
- Deletion of data associated with your app usage, if applicable and legally permitted
- Correction of information you believe is inaccurate, if applicable
Because SongClip may rely on anonymous or technical identifiers rather than traditional user-facing accounts, we may need additional details from you to identify records related to your request.

To help us process your request faster, include:
- Your request type: question, access, deletion, or correction
- A short description of your request
- The approximate date or time you used the app, if relevant
- Any song, video, project, or generation details that may help identify the issue
- Screenshots that help explain the issue, if available
Important Notes
SongClip uses remote processing to generate AI songs and optional AI video clips. Song prompts, lyrics, selected styles, uploaded images, prepared audio clips, generated songs, generated videos, and related metadata may be processed temporarily or retained for a limited operational period to complete your request, support history, investigate failures, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
Some information may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, payment support, backups, or troubleshooting, as permitted by law.
Analytics, diagnostics, purchase verification, storage, messaging, and generation-related data may also be processed by our service providers, such as Firebase and RunPod, according to their settings and policies.
Purchases and Billing
SongClip sells consumable credits through Apple In-App Purchase. Credits can be used for AI song and video generation. For Apple billing issues, visit Report a Problem.
For in-app credit balance issues, generation-related support, or questions about app behavior, contact SongClip support.
Response Time
We aim to respond to privacy requests within a reasonable time. Response time may vary depending on request complexity, request volume, and applicable legal requirements.
Notification Choices
You can choose whether SongClip can send push notifications. Notifications are used for app functionality, such as song or video generation completion or failure updates.
- Enable or disable notifications in iOS Settings
- You can continue using the app even if notifications are off
If notifications are disabled, you can still check generation status in your projects or history inside the app.
